Right now we're looking for a Recruiter to maintain and improve our services, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best people who contribute to our company's growth. If you are not scared of challenges, are full of new unusual ideas about recruiting - you are a perfect fit for us!

 

Required qualifications and skills:

 

- Experience in recruitment



- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills (both orally and in writing)



- Upper-intermediate level of English is a must



- Time-management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks



- Initiative, energetic and enthusiastic



 

Responsibilities:

 

- Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using professional networks, databases, job boards, social media, and through referrals



- Participating in preparing job descriptions



- Interviewing candidates at various stages of the recruitment process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings)



- Keeping records in the recruitment database



- Participating in internal recruitment programs and initiatives (for example, referral program)



- Participating in other internal procedures and HR activities upon request of the Head of HR department
