Management of product / sales skill trainings and its materials. Management of training/NPI event Management of technical information of new products

R&Rs: 1.Management of product / sales skill trainings and its materials.

Training material development and updating on regular basis. Training of retail supervisors for on-spot trainings Planning and controlling of on-spot trainings Best practice development

2.Management of training/NPI event

Management of location and budget planning. Management of event presentation and sample demonstration Management of participant

3.Management of technical information of new products

NPI technical information localization(Specification, related online content) New product manual translation proof reading Technical VOC issue support Online retail technical information support (online spec check and consumer request response)

Requirements to the candidates:

Academic and professional qualifications: BA Degree Business admin Or Marketing Experience: Over 2 years of experience in field marketing Languages: Pre Intermediate English, Native Ukrainian/Russian

Skills & Competencies:

Good Understanding of sales skill and CE product specification Capabilities to make creative ideas for trainings Manages workflow and time Presentation skills for training and briefing Proactive and Positive Mindset to work Understanding of consumer electronic market Designing abilities to conduct market research, analyzing and reporting Understands ROI concept and cost-benefit analy
