We are now searching for a Leading Recruitment Specialist to support and contribute to our fast growing business.

The role will involve:

Sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for mid-career positions in UNIQLO Russia back office (marketing, merchandise planning, finance, etc.) Communication with department leads regarding their staffing needs, role requirements, etc. Accurate processing of candidates through all selection stages to ensure excellent candidates experience Execution of sourcing strategies to increase candidates’ pipeline to meet company’s future needs Management of new graduates recruitment process and occasional support with HR branding activities Reporting

Requirements:

University degree 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience Fluent English (both written and oral) Good knowledge of HR rules, Russian labour code Proficiency with internet tools and direct sourcing methods Customer-centric mentality and flexibility Result-oriented approach
