We are looking for IT Researcher.
Responsibilities:
Active sourcing candidates based on the set of criteria for given position => the team here will strongly support you in the choice of the right channel to attract candidates whether it's LinkedIn, Telegram communities, or offline tech meetups; Taking care of candidates data, filling internal recruiting database (we use JobScore); Being the company's ambassador in all interactions with candidates (first impression matter!) Other challenging tasks which we'll happily share with you to expand your expertise: market research, copywriting, SMM, external events networking.Requirements:
Upper-Intermediate English - we are part of a global team of professionals, and work as one with folks from New York, Yonkers, Dublin, and Austria, and there is no limit to expand further : )
High organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in any situation;
Understanding and/or avid interest in IT labor market;
Understanding of recruiting life cycle;
Hands-on experience with job boards and networks like LinkedIn, jobs.tut.by, dev.by, etc.
But the main requirement, though, is to be a people person : )
