Houzz, the world's largest community for home renovation and design, with 40M+ monthly users, is looking for an amazing HR Specialist to join our team, based in Moscow. As an HR Specialist, you will manage help Houzz to grow and to continue build an amazing Team. We decided it's time for us to have an in house person instead of working with 3rd party agencies.
The ideal candidate has a pleasant, business-oriented personality, is a hard worker and very tech savvy. You must be relationship oriented and put a high value on Culture Fit. You thrive in a fun, yet team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Search for new candidates to join Houzz (mostly Sales Team) Conducting personal and group interviews using the developed methods of the company Carrying out adaptation and personnel assessment during the probation period Training/Coaching the personnel (Sales Team / Client Success Team) using the developed methods of the company Conducting product and sales trainingsWhat do you need to be successful?
Fluent English is a must Skill and experience in training and personnel training is required Successful experience of closing vacancies in a short time using a wide source of searches Great interviewing skills Impeccable verbal and written communication skills You should have phenomenal interpersonal skills, and enjoy talking with people in-person and over the phone An expert user of the internet with strong tech capabilities is essential - we're all self-proclaimed tech geeks at Houzz!
