Responsibilities:

Deliver HR Services covering the whole employee life cycle for 2 Retail regions (performance management, employee relations, benefits, exit management etc.) HR administration: control of the external provider, making reports as needed, Recruitment for open Store Managerial positions: attracting, sourcing, screening, hiring and on-boarding, Coordinate ER activities including complex cases, investigations, grievances, dismissals and disciplinary actions Establish and maintain effective partnership within the organization with focus on Retail. Resolve work-related issues by coaching and mentoring Support District Manager in talent management (assessment, evaluations, talent discussions) and building robust Personal Development Plans Drive HR agenda: Engagement, Annual Performance Review, Development planning, employee turnover decrease etc. Partnering with stores via weekly calls & attending regular Retail meetings, providing HR update

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar HR role in an international environment Good organizational skills, analytical mindset, structured thinking and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Ability to multi-task with attention to detail Team Player (humble, hungry and smart) Good understanding of labor legislation Good English (written and verbal) Strong knowledge of MS Office 1С 8.3, Workday, University degree in a relevant field will be an advantage
