Responsibilities:



- Developing and improve the HR and recruiting process;



- Onboarding, adaptation processes, exit interview, offboarding;



- Organizing team-buildings and events;



- Searching and selecting candidates according to business need;



- Conducting recruitment interviews;



- Arranging and coordinating technical interviews;



- Collecting and providing feedback;



- Preparing and making job offers.



Requirements:



- 2+ year of successful experience in Recruitment/HR management;



- Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools;



- Good knowledge of complete HR and recruiting cycle and processes;



- Experience in conducting one-to-one meeting, onboarding, offboarding, exit interview;



- Experience in organizing events;



- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;



- Upper-intermediate English.
