Main Responsibilities:

Maintain range of HR administrative issues, including preparation of all personnel documentation, maintenance of HR databases, HR filling and archive system, etc.; Provide support to employees on various HR administrative issues; Ensure compliance with legal requirements and EY policies and procedures, liaises with Labor Inspection, Employment Centre, etc.

Requirements:

0,5+ year of experience in HR is preferable but not obligatory; 4-6 year of study or recent graduate; Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Law, relevant Civil Law issues and knowledge of HR paperwork will be a plus; Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; Upper-Intermediate English, Ukrainian and Russian; Excellent communication skills, friendly personality; Proactive and organized; Accurate and attentive to details; Stress-resistant.
