MasterCall LLC is looking for a HR Generalist (People Partner) to join our team! Resposibilities:

- Development and management of personnel adaptation processes (introduction of new employees, coordination of the process of their adaptation);

- Suggestions for improvement and participation in the development of employee motivation systems;

- Development and maintenance of a system of personnel development, training and mentoring;

- Participation in the construction and provision of internal communications;

- Implementation of HR-initiatives in the work of the company;

- Maintenance and development of corporate culture, values and goals;

- Participation in internal HR projects of the company;

- Development of instructions, regulations and their subsequent implementations in the company;

- Maintaining and creating reports.

Requirements:

- English В2+ (work with native speakers);

- Experience 2 years +;

- Able to work with Office 365.

- Successful experience in the creation, organization and implementation of internal HR processes in the company;

- High social and organizational skills;

- Ability to work independently, focus on results and responsibilities;

- Good presentation skills.

- Office located near Poshtova Ploshcha metro station;

- Workdays & Hours: Monday - Friday, 09 - 18;
