As an HR Director, you will be responsible for support of all strategic human resource needs and initiatives. Reporting to the VP of HR EMEA, this role is a critical business partner and will act as a liaison for the leadership team, HR specialists and executive team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage for day to day execution of HR and talent strategy;

Building strong partnership with business and consult the US-based and BY-based executive teams on all the human resources related activities;

Operational support of all human resource needs and initiatives;

Working closely with department management to assess in-house talent and facilitate the

operational strategy to identify and retain current talent;

Partner with the Recruiting Team to ensure that we are attracting the right talent;

Manage local employee relations to support the business objectives and deliver a meaningful

employee experience;

Promote a positive employer-employee relationship while keeping a pulse on our culture,

morale and engagement;

On the ground subject matter expert and resource for the business providing both strategic

and hands-on expertise with HR policy and practice;

Develop and promote a positive employer-employee relationship while keeping a pulse on

the culture, morale and engagement levels across the team-celebrating successes as we drive

towards aggressive business goals;

Responsible for support of all aspects of Performance and Talent Management;

Consult managers when addressing performance-facilitation and delivery;

Attend business units’ staff meetings to stay connected to business needs;

Proactively seek knowledge of both industry and functional specialty researching best

practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements and benchmark

comparisons in order to create HR practices that are best in class;

Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and build external partnerships to conduct benchmarking

and best practice sharing to proactively shape and refine the People strategy;

Advising on pay and other remuneration issues.


Qualifications:

Experience of work in HR BP field for at least 5 years, preferably in tech domain;

Ability to work at ease with cross-functional teams that span multiple locations;

Ability to change course easily – knows when to be patient and when to push also while

working in the “gray”;

Skilled in balancing multiple priorities. Acts as a change agent in a fast-paced environment;

Entrepreneurial and ambitious – takes initiative and takes personal ownership and

accountability;

Strong integrator – innately knows when share information or to bring parties and business

units together;

Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment;

Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships (confidence and credibility)

at all levels of the organization;

Proven track record in instituting and managing change;

Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational

planning, employee relations, and training and development;

Strong project management skills;

Affiliations with successful companies who practice effective Human Resources Management;

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a must.
