TCG International is American company providing airline premium class tickets at special fares. While our headquarter is located in San Francisco, we get our European office in Kiev expanded.

We are growing very active and now we're looking for HR Business Partner to develop and implement employee's career development system, building up the practices and procedures which allow to plan, track, support and develop employee's career paths

Promote an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole

Responsibilities

Career development:

Build a career development strategy for sales Team Leads and Sales Representatives

Translate strategy to action and drive accountability for progress to key milestones

Develop employees' journeys (onboarding + personal career development plans)

Constantly support and improve Career Development process

Develop and launch gamification project

Performance Appraisal

Create and implement Performance Appraisal procedure

State the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

Measure employee's performance with key Indicators of effectiveness

Motivation

Review current Motivation system, to propose and update draft

Create and implement Grading system

Internal communications

Organize proper communications in order to understand the employees, their career goals and aspirations; provide guidance on appropriate development opportunities, share and promote potential career moves

Align employee's career aspirations with the priorities and goals of the company

Provide feedback on the development process

Training

Assess employees' needs for training

Develop individual training programs that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment; align training with the organization's strategic goals

Create a training budget and keep operations within budget

Update the existing training programs and/or develop new ones; review training materials from a variety of vendors and select materials with appropriate content

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors

Requirements

3+ years experience in career development (T&D, motivation, appraisal, internal communications)

Proven track record of leading and developing others

Previous experience working in fast-paced environments

Outstanding organizational skills

A strategic, systems thinker

Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing

Ability to influence effectively at all levels

Business awareness and commercially focused

Leadership and strong management skills

Ability to deliver programs to a high quality

Ability to devise solutions to complex problems

Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others

Personally credible with strong interpersonal skills

Integrity and approach ability
