We are looking for a staff training specialist for our team!

 

 Requirements:

 

- Higher education ;



- English level: Fluent/Advanced ;



- High level of erudition and communication skills ;



- At least 1 year experience working as a coach or training specialist in a financial field ;



- Experience in developing and conducting trainings on sales methods for sales and sales departments ;



- Deep knowledge of sales: How to Move from Selling Mode to "Deep Sales" ;



 

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Working closely with company managers to identify training needs based on existing strategy and business conception ;



- Evaluation of the effectiveness of training ;



- Leading the employee during the trial period to ensure that they are able to achieve the established KPIs ;



- Development of training materials, guidelines, instructions ;



- Keeping documentation / reporting on the training, summing up the results, preparing proposals for improving the work ;
