World's leading makers of household products is currently looking for Associate Manager, SHE Safety & Health in Ukraine, Kyiv.

 

Requirements:

- University degree

- Manufacturing work experience in safety sphere not less than 5 years

- Drive for results; self-starter

- Leadership skills

- Ukrainian, Russian - fluent, English - upper-intermediate

- Computer skills MS Office:Excel, Word, PowerPoint

 

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and adhere high level of corporate SHE standards;

- Define the SHE training needs and other governmental requirements (firefighting, first aid, work at height, defensive driving, workplace assessment, audits, warehouse inventory supervision, utilization process);

- Coordinate and approve the instructions for special kind of works at manufacturing;

- Employee Driven Safety project implementation;

- Elaboration and implementation of procedures and policies in accordance with legal and global HSE requirements;

- Provide reporting to local organizations regarding Ukrainian legislation

- Work with local authorities regarding SHE
