A new vacancy "Technical Service and Spare Parts Sales Professional" is open in the Refinery Department in Haldor Topsoe (Moscow office).

Responsibilities:

Provide customers with the required technical and commercial information on Topsoe WSA (Wet Gas Sulphuric Acid) technology Organize/conduct technical supervision at Topsoe customers’ plants, visit customers’ sites, follow up on trip findings Troubleshooting: analyze and resolve technical issues, achieve/adjust optimal performance levels, assess dynamics/state of the operation for a few days by means of special equipment Maintain and develop contacts with existing customers Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with customers, organize presentations, maintain business correspondence Handle full cycle of WSA spare part sales and marketing Prepare sales contracts for signing, including negotiation, drawing up, translation Lead collaboration with customers via phone calls, business letters, meetings’ minutes, and other communication tools. Conduct and translate business correspondence

Requirements:

Higher chemical education Sales experience in chemical industry of 3 years minimum Fluent English Knowledge and experience in the drafting of international contracts (Incoterms) Technical experience within chemical industry or at plants is very much appreciated Excellent communication and presentation interpersonal skills Available for travelling up to 100 days per year (short 2-3 days trips mostly within Russia, CIS, HQ) Ambition and perseverance to achieve results, assertiveness, mobility, responsibility, multitasking, self-motivation, ability to build relationships and communications Team player approach
