We are currently looking for a Training – Readiness Lead to join our team, reporting to the Head of Business Readiness.
Role:
To support Fircroft staff in all offices across selected regions by delivering systems training to upskill people’s knowledge and understanding. Working remotely with Head Office and the Head of Business Readiness on strategic planning, support systems users with functionality processes and business processes as well as building relationships to support the embedding of processes and systems usage.
Responsibilities
Carry out training needs analyses; Defining skill sets needed to perform different roles; Carry out performance assessments; Design training programmes appropriate to the skills needed; Developing an appropriate mix of formal and informal development activities; Ensure the learning environment and resources support learner needs; Design course materials Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment Deliver training programmes in formal, informal or online settings; Support and coach learners using learning technologies to deliver skills; Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes; Liaise with partners to fulfil the skills needs of an organisation; Develop peer networks to keep abreast of current thinking; Maintain appropriate records of learner development and resource allocation Report in weekly meetings on activities in regionSystem that will be supported by Business Readiness team Globally.

CIPD Certificate in training or equivalent
Experience in delivering systems training
Experience working with training need analysis and evaluation of systems training
Experience in design of training materials and modules
A good understanding of Office, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Knowledge of remote and e-learning delivery
A good understanding of, or Qualification in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
