Director of Studies

at EF Centers for Adult Learning

The Role:

• As Director of Studies in EF Center for Adult Learning you will be managing both teaching and service teams. Your daily activities will be connected with achieving the best results in customer support, teaching standards, renewal sales, additional class sales, promoting referral program.

• You should be pro-active, goal orientated and able to deliver effective training and workshops, constantly helping to improve not only the academic quality of the Centre, but also sales results and lead your team to new achievements.

Your main responsibilities:

•Constant improvement of the academic and customer service quality of the Centre.

•Teacher recruitment, support, effective training sessions, lesson observations and staff development

•Customer service management: progress manager recruitment, training, support and development

•Monitoring and managing KPI (Key Performance Indicators): number of new students, internal revenue, NPS. Reaching monthly targets in all KPIs.

Qualifications:

- University Degree

- Advanced English competency (CAE or CPE certificates are an advantage)

- Teaching Experience, minimum four years (including adult learners of various levels)

- Customer service experience, sales experience

- Experience as a manager in education or customer support

- CELTA/DELTA/Trinity Diploma are an advantage

- Knowledge of teaching methods and approaches (a thorough knowledge of EFL methodology)

- Leadership and conflict resolution skills

- Confident user of modern technologies and business software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
