The Assurance, Interface and Risk (AIR) Coordinator will be responsible for implementing interface and risk management processes for assigned FGP Tengiz-based Project Team and their Contractors. Interface responsibilities will include 1) enhancing the flow of technical information between contractors, FGP Project teams, and between Project with TCO Base Business; 2) supporting teams to resolve interface issues in a timely manner to avoid project impact; and 3) communicating/reporting on status of interface issues and resolutions. Risk responsibilities will include supporting Owner’s project team to ensure execution risks are 1) identified early, 2) mitigated to an acceptable level and 3) communicated to management. Position will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, facilitating and keeping meeting minutes for project risk and interface workshops with Company and/or Contractor and maintaining/updating the Company’s Risk and Interface system. 28 x 28 work schedule.
The key areas of responsibilities include:
Interface:
Act as Interface Coordinator for given scope Drive the process to see that all contractor to contractor interfaces are identified, registered, managed, reported, and successfully concluded in a timely and structured manner. Ensure contractors are meeting their contractual requirements for Interface Management, including timely submission of interface registers. Support project team in review and any necessary follow-up with contractors on unresolved interface issues. Support initial kick-off sessions with new contractors to ensure understanding of requirements and expectations. Support project teams in review/approval of contractor interface management plans. Assist Contractors in development of their Interface Issue Log, including Company expectations for managing. Facilitate the development of the Interface Agreement Document (IAD), where required, and monitor progress against the milestones. Assist with the development and resolution of interfaces with TCO Base Business (Input and Approval form) as required. Provide ad-hoc facilitation and coordination of interface topics to support to their assigned teams, as required. Elevate to the attention of the AIR Lead interface issues that require management attention. Требования: Experience in identifying and supporting Company/Project in ensuring resolution/closure of technical interface issues that arise between contractors on construction projects. Experience working on large scale, multi-contractor construction projects and in use of project management systems. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Can demonstrate customer-oriented focus. Experience in effective planning and facilitation of meetings/discussions to achieve objectives and establish clear next steps. Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions and deliver training of related material. Fluent in English Highly desirable that candidate have an Engineering degree or experience in construction and/or industrial plant design. Условия:Tengiz 28/28
