Job Purpose:

Responsible for execution of Statistical Operations processes in the country/cluster, for both regular deliveries and company projects Partner with other E2E departments, to ensure quality and on-time delivery according to SLAs

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for execution of the Stat Ops processes and associated project work for the country Works in partnership with the country E2E Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process SOPs/playbooks for Operations and associated project work Participation in regional/global company initiatives as required, from Enablement, BPI, Data Science or other areas Production of local KPIs and development of action plans where required Supports the Country/Cluster Lead to converge or leverage processes, methods, and applications on optimized best practices Driving monthly Panel Management local calls with Data Science and DA partners, and associated action plans Investigate data inquiries / challenges with local teams, and engaging Enablement/Data Science methods for processes / methods issues Accountable for maintenance of country-specific documentation, as appropriate

Requirements:

Higher education (preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field) Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail 1+ years of quantitative analysis work experience Working knowledge of relevant programming language and database structures Ability to balance technical, marketing and business perspectives Ability to execute projects, and translate the results into operational or analytical solutions to problems English - from intermediate level
