Ambitious team with an exciting portfolio of clients is looking for a talented designer. We are now a team of 11 people looking for a designer to join our team. Being a new company we are not able to offer short days or lazy mornings. However, we offer great flexibility, tons of opportunities in a fast-growing company, lots of responsibilities and the ability to greatly improve and influence our processes and strategy. We believe in open communication, fast changes, and pizza late at night while we are frustrated over some design that should have been finished 5 hours ago.

 

The job / your responsibilities

- Design web pages and other materials in accordance with new clients brand standards

- Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research

- Create images and designs by using traditional hard skills of drawing and painting, alongside other techniques

- Pitch ideas and concepts to stakeholders inside company

- Collaborates with Management and other stakeholders to determine and define the scope and objectives of assigned marketing campaigns

 

Skills / requirements

- 3+ years of experience in web design

- Possess an excellent portfolio of web design works

- Understanding of basic front-end principles

- Excellent knowledge of adaptive design, web typographic

- Experience with digital design

- Proficiency in Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Bohemian Coding Sketch

- Intermediate level of English, Good enough to be able to communicate in English both written and spoken, understand assigned tasks and create documentation.
