Duties:



1. Call-centre operator should know and apply the following:



1.1. Approved instructions on the Company’s business procedures implementation.



1.2. Internal work regulations.



1.3. Software tools, used within the Company to maintain workflow.



2. Carry out the instructions of senior management.



3. Preserve confidentiality of the commercially sensitive information.



Responsibilities:



1. Inbound calls



1.1. Provide advisory assistance to the existing and potential clients by finding and offering solutions to any risen issues.



1.2. Provide clients with all the necessary information on services, tariffs, procedures and relevant promotions.



1.3. Process client’s orders.



1.4. Manage and resolve client complaints and requests.



1.5. Update customer databases with the information obtained.



2. Outbound calls



2.1. Create various databases according to senior management’s instructions.



2.2. Outbound calls in order to provide clients with information (informative calls).



2.3. Outbound calls in order to obtain information from clients (surveys/questionnaires).



2.4. Input the information obtained to the database.
