We are looking for:

MONITORING & TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER FOR CHINESE DESK

The candidate will be part of the Research, Monitoring & Brokerage department and will be involved in the following activities.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms.
Handling technical support of clients and prospects
Acting as liaison between IT team, Account Managers and external clients/stakeholders
Follow monitoring procedures and timely alert to responsible persons
Carrying out User Acceptance Tests of system components updates or new functionalities added to existing infrastructure
Analysis of client trading activity
Run on-demand reporting when required by supervisor
Updating and supporting colleagues from other departments with relevant information

Requirements

NATIVE CHINESE SPEAKER
A university degree in Finance/Economics, Mathematics/Statistics or related is preferable
Ability to pay attention to details
Fluent English is compulsory.
Understanding of online trading (Fx, CFD, binary options) will be an advantage
Previous experience in a financial institution will be an advantage
