Responsibilities:

Analysis of distribution results and reporting preparation to Management team;

Measurement of key growth drivers, summary elaboration and support of field organization with the results;

Development of business reporting process improvements, based on work results and new business opportunities;

Contribute to the preparation of several analyses / reports whose goal is to support Management decision process

Take part in development and simplification of cross-departmental business processes for flawless execution;

Revision and improvement of the current reporting systems;

Provide feedback & business-driven proposals for development / update of commercial systems.

Support collective learning and knowledge sharing across South Area, and between other Areas

Requirements:

Work experience – more than 1 years

Strong analytical skills, advanced user of MS Office (especially Excel)

Ability to draw conclusions based on figures,

Developed communication skills;

Ability to work in multitasking conditions and changing environment;

Agile learner with strong action orientation, energy and drive for results;

Autonomy, Entrepreneurship, Agility, Collaboration;

Fluent Russian, English not lower than intermediate.
