An exciting job opportunity to work for a constantly-growing international software reselling company.

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned partners, connecting with key business executives. You will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Requirements:

• Upper Intermediate English;

• Proactive, organized and open-minded employee with potential to grow;

• Professional communication skills;

• Stress-resistance and ability to solve conflict situations;

• Experience in Customer Support or Sales will be a plus;

• Confident PC user

• Excperience in e-commerce will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Existing accounts maintaining and new accounts leading;

• All types of clients requests handling and interaction with other company departments in order to solve current clients questions;

• E-mail correspondence handling, reports preparation;

• Corporate clients interaction and communication;

• Sales data and related information analysis;
