You will be working for one of the leading serviced apartment operators in London. We are currently hosting over 20.000 people per month in 44 apartments in this exciting city. Conditions:

Our office is located in the centre close to Gulliver in an open office space. Monthly salary 18500 UAH (review after 3 months, raise possible depending on performance) Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday laptop working hours 10 am to 6 pm Ukraine time, mobile phone hours 10 am to 10pm including answering on inquiries from booking platforms.

Your responsibilities will be:

daily pricing review (Every morning new prices have to be pushed from the channel manager to all booking platforms); organizing of additional services like Transport, food delivery, birth day cake, early check in/late check out, etc. for guest staying in the apartments; guest communication by email and phone; 5 days a week from 10 am - 10pm (calls, emails and texts); preparation of check in instructions or property guides (this comes up remotely); weekly skype catch up for questions and planning with management; chedule the appointment with guest for maintenance or local guest support; setting up new listings on Airbnb and booking.com, Home away/VRBO, Expedia etc. organise professional photographing and finalise; write property descriptions and create property guides.

Important skills:

very good communication skills; very good English skills in speaking and writing; confident in problems solving; confident to deal with stress full clients / situations; good technical understanding; you need to be able to quickly understand and use new software’s on laptop and smart phone to work in serviced apartment industry (channel manager, pricing software, etc.); mobile phone (Iphone with newest IOS update) and laptop required.
