LEOSKIN is fur trading company based in China. In 2016, we set up sales office in Saint Petersburg of Russia. With business development, we are hiring new staff as sales manager. Detailed information is as below:

Skills and Qualification:

Russian speaker, with basic language skills in English or Chinese Honest, responsible and reliable Open-mined, full of new ideas, careful and active Hard working, practical, patient and team player Excellent skills in communication, marketing, customer care, office administration and media Be able to travel when necessary Be able to work independently and under pressure and better to have experiences in the industries of fur, fashion, retail and on-line sales, etc.

Responsibilities:

Work in office/shop as assistant to sales manager (keep office/shop running, receiving calls and visitors, introduce products and finish sales) Work out of office (related works about tax, banks, personnel visa, etc) Sectary work to manager (trip managements including tickets and hotel booking, business meetings, customer cares and coordination with related authorities) Travel over Russia (mainly to Moscow) for customer meeting and other business purposes. In-time Russian-English or Russian-Chinese interpreter/translator to manager Work recorder and reporter/contact person between managers and customers, authorities or other team members Market and product research. Assistant to managers for company development Maintain website and on-line sales; be responsible for copywriting on VK or other social media

Working time and salary:

3 months trial period Basic month salary + commission + insurance 5 working days each week (11:00 to 7:00, Monday to Friday) Weekends rest and all official holiday given Irregular time plan during business trips but additional time given for rest as compensation Additional rest time or payment given after work overtime
