At Small Investors we help individuals take advantage of investments and opportunities in the alternative finance space. We’re looking for an organised, excel-loving, process driven person (with good English) to take over the Onboarding and Client Relations managment part of our business and support our clients. Almost all work will be done remotely but training will happen in Kyiv, Ukraine.

What you’ll be doing:

Talking to clients via email, messaging apps (Telegram, WhatsApp) Onboarding new clients onto our system and helping them through the verification process. Tracking client progress and follow up with questions and requests. Opening and verifying various accounts on behalf of our new clients. Arrange payouts to clients. You will be given a lot of autonomy and freedom to find the most efficient way to manage the given tasks.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll have attention to detail, be able to follow a process closely and excited to improve processes to make them more efficient. You have experienced excel or googlesheets skills, and know how to make a efficient process sheet Excellent written and verbal English language and communication skills. All of your communication with clients will be done via text in english. Some experience with project management and be willing and able to take initiative to progress projects at pace. Someone that wants to learn and grow within our company.
