The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and tasks, as well as supporting our processes and policies.
We are continue to growth in 2018 and need an active person to help Minsk office to get even better. You will be an integral part of our office and take care of Minsk team together with interacting with headquarter in Sydney (Australia) and multiply international offices (Hong Kong, Zhong Shan, Singapore & Dnepr).

An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication and analytical skills.
You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities:

Contribution to Finance & Admin Department Roadmap and processes implementation & development Participate in various HR activities and organize events (corporate parties, annual conference and different activities during year); Manage inventory of supplies and equipment and place orders; Monitor office expenditures and handle all supplier contracts (rent, services, etc.); Perform basic accountant (data entry) activities; Process paperwork for employees; Provide travel and visa support upon request; Maintain office space and friendly atmosphere; Assist staff with ad hoc requests and various administrative tasks;

Requirements:

Fluent English Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Proven experience (1,5 year +) as office coordinator or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, accurate Pleasure to communicate with Stress resistance

Preferred:

Experience in customer service (every team member is an important customer for you) Knowledge of basic accountant principles and office management systems and procedures
