Responsibilities:
Visa support for staff and foreign guests of the company (Embassy appointments, invitation letters, supporting documents and any other visa related issues) All kinds of travel arrangements for company employees and guests (flights, hotels, apartments, travel insurance, local transfer, city and sightseeing tours) Administering and monitoring travel budget and ensuring travel accommodations are within budget Verification of employees’ travel expenses, reporting Billing Business correspondence.To succeed in this role, you must have:
Full-fledged written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with large amounts of information High attention to detail Strong MS Office skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities Customer-oriented approach Excellent time and self-management skills.We offer:
