JOB DUTIES

Timely preparation of tax reports for all applicable companies and making tax payments.

Preparation of statistics report for all applicable companies.

Reports preparation to National Bank for all applicable companies.

Reports preparation for Senior Management

Currency conversions

Performing monthly close procedures in the applicable accounting systems, including completion of financial working papers.

Ensuring in arrival and receipt of fixed assets accounting in the applicable accounting systems.

Posting of bank statements

Control and accounting of expats' deposits, opening and closing of the deposit agreements.

Daily checking of the Taxpayer's Cabinet of all applicable companies

Responding to the tax committee notifications.

Ensuring presence of foreign counterparties’ certificates of residence where necessary.

Keeping up to date Accounting and Tax Accounting policies for all applicable companies.

Provides training and counseling to Accountants, checking and controlling of entries made by Accountants.

Opening of IIN (Individual Identification Number) for expat personnel.

Reconciliation acts with the Customs.

Reconciliation acts with the tax committee.

Ad-hoc reports for cleints.

Ad-hoc reports for internal department managers.

Reconciliation of foreign currency registered contracts with the bank.

Reconciliation of tax computation with previous period tax reports

General oversight and control over general accountant activities, skills coaching and development plan implementations as required and agreed by management.
